  4. Payment and Fees: Students agree to pay the applicable fees for the classes. Payment must be made before access to the class materials and tools is granted.

  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services and the personalized attention provided, we do not offer a money-back guarantee for online class purchases. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. However, we may consider rescheduling classes in certain circumstances, at our discretion.

  7. Time Zone Adjustment: Class event hours are by default in UTC+0 (Europe/Lisbon) time zone. However, students have the option to adjust the time zone and hours calculation to their respective time zone. The class times are clearly indicated on the website, and any misunderstandings or discrepancies in time zones are the responsibility of the student. AEIOU Courses is not obligated to compensate, refund the costs of, or reschedule classes due to time zone misunderstandings.
